Refund Policy

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or have a visible defect (torn, stained, damaged) or contain an error on our part (wrong item received). The item must be unused and in its original condition.

We do not make returns on details specified in the description of the item, namely: length of the item, material, estimated maximum size. Be sure to read all information carefully.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since we received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order when it has been prepared, packaged and processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
If you receive a refund, return postage, paypal goods and services fees will be deducted from it.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Mondial Relay
Orders returned to sender will not be collected.
Please collect your orders from a relay point within the indicated time frame (8 days), we will not accept any returns to the sender and we are in no way responsible for this. We will take into account any complaints and no refunds will be possible.
Please check your emails (spam) to be notified of the arrival of your package and to avoid any problems. Be sure to provide the correct email address when checking out.


Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at idayasav@gmail.com

Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us first by email at idayasav@gmail.com. We will notify you whether or not the return has been approved and then send you the shipping address.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
For foreign countries: customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, they are therefore non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
