1. Return conditions

The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Items returned without prior return request may be subject to additional handling fees.



2. Return procedure

- Send an email to the following address: info@idaya-shop.com
- Indicate in the subject line of the email: “Return + your order number” (you can find this number in your order confirmation email)
- Mention in the email the name of the items to be returned as well as the reason
- You will receive by return email the necessary elements to finalize your return

Returns are only made via Colissimo (La Poste) home. We are not responsible for loss or damage during returns.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within approximately 10 days.

 

 

3. Refund

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund the delivery costs initially paid except in the event of an error on our part on the order. The item must be sent within 7 days after your return request is accepted.

Transaction fees related to buyer protection will not be refunded. These fees are collected directly by the platforms and do not depend on us. Below are these fees:

Payment by credit card
- 3.1% + €0.30 European bank card
- 2.1% + €0.30 British bank card
- 2.1% + €0.30 international bank card

Payment Paypal
- 4,5% + €0.35

In the event of an exchange, all shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

 


4. Modification and Cancellation

It is impossible to modify or cancel an order when it has been prepared, packaged and processed. In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer before this, the refund will be made and the original payment method will be credited automatically in a delay of approximately 10 days.

5. Parcel not received, delayed

We invite you to report any unreceived package or abnormally long delivery as soon as possible so that we can initiate a complaint procedure with the carrier. No refund or return of products can be made before the investigation is closed (25 to 30 days).

We decline all responsibility for delivery delays or loss of packages if the address you provide is incomplete or incorrect.



6. Package not collected

In the event of delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay or Chronopost, you undertake to collect your package within the time limits set by your carrier. If you have not chosen a relay point during your purchase, a relay point is automatically selected and no complaints can be made in this regard. Any return of a package does not guarantee that it will return to us and therefore does not guarantee that you can be reimbursed.


If you wish to have your package returned to you, the costs will be entirely your responsibility. Please note that the amount of these shipping costs is not equal to the delivery amount you initially paid for your order. In fact, the delivery amounts available on the site when you placed your order are lower than the actual delivery cost. If you would like a refund, buyer protection transaction fees will not be refunded. You will find these fees below :
